At Sharma Jewels, we want to ensure your satisfaction. If you wish to make an exchange or return, please follow the steps below:
How to request an exchange or return?
1 – Fill out the Form Below: Provide the reason, product reference, and in case of a return, your IBAN for a refund.
2 – Receive the Confirmation Email: After submitting the form, you will receive an email with instructions and the return sheet.
3 – Send the Product:
Defects: The return will be free of charge.
Change of Mind: Use the return sheet received in the email and send the product via your chosen postal service or courier.

Return and Exchange Policy
1 – Return and Exchange Period:
You can request an exchange or return of a product within 30 days after receiving it.
2- Accepted Reasons:
Product Defect: We will send a return label at no additional cost.
Dissatisfaction or Change of Mind: The return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
3 – Conditions:
The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and in the original packaging. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, except in the case of a defect.
